Windows 10: Crashing, BSOD, Black Screen, some other things

My computer has crashed multiple times these past few weeks, some with seemingly similar problems and some that aren't related at all. It generally crashes when I am trying to watch a video, the sound will begin repeating well, not repeating but I'm not sure what the word is and today it did the same thing, but instead the sound occasionally changed but was still 'repeating'

I'm pretty sure its a hardware issue, but I am not sure what is the cause.

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
