Windows 10: Crashing computer

So yesterday my computer crashed while playing minecraft OK I thought no big deal then 30 Mins later it crashed again. So I stopplaying and go watch some youtube and about 1 hour later it crashes. I decided to leave it over night and have a look the next day. The next day I had a look at the minidumps created by the crashs using bluescreen view.


It showed ntoskrnl. Exe as causing the crash I had a look at what that was. then i told my computer to do a windows memory check but it came up showing no errors then I turned it off and went to work.


Came home started it up watched you tube 20 Mins later it crashed again. I tried to roll back my windows but the last update was more then 10 days ago so I couldn't I then went to try a go to a restore point but it crashed.


Here is we're it screws up I make it to the desktop then about 10 seconds later it crashes. I try to start it in safe mod but it crashes then it crash loops It self a few times. I tre to get into window recovery and got in a few times but it still crash while trying to do stuff in there the the crap hits the fan.

It just keep getting worst it keep crashing and I couldn't even do anything beside turn it off again and again and try to look at the crash codes but the bluescreen was only up for about 3 seconds now and It kept getting worse while I was trying to fix it it now will bring up the asrock logo and then instantly crash and go to black screen then restart itself with no blue screen at all.


And I have no clue what I can do now. This I a new computer only about 6 months old my specs are:

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 8gb

Intel core i9-9900k

32 gb ddr4 ram

64 bit windows 10


The error codes I was getting are(might not be set out correct I only got quick looks of them)

At first IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

then when crap hit the fan I got these

DRIVER_PORTION_MUST_BE_NONPAGED

SYSTEM_THRED_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

PAGE_FAULT_INNON_PAGEDAREA

DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL


I also notesed sometimes under the error code this showed up

What failed:intelppm.sys

Any idea of what to do or should I just send it back (not cheap as they are in Perth and I'm in a county town) as it's under warentty still?

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

Desktop Computer Crashes

Hi Sumit,

My new HP desktop computer still crashes. I tried following the steps in the link above, How to do a Disk check of System drive in Windows 10 and interpret the logs - Your Windows Guide...

I am not able to complete or follow the task required to allow you to see what happened with the computer crash. I need an easier step such as a 1 2 3 or and a b c, to-do list in order for me to let you see my System logs.
