Windows 10: Crashing SearchApp.exe CortanaUI 100%CPU 24/7 Over 1 Million Errors logget Windows unsusebale

Hi my Windows is unuseable since today, 100% cpu use from Crashreporter, every 10ms SearchApp.exe crashed. i tryed all options there out in the web.the whole windows log is red with over 1 million searchapp.exe crashes any ideas ?

Searchapp.exe and cortanaui are crashing

Searchapp.exe is related to the taskbar search box, not to the basic function of Windows search. Note for potential respondents- suggesting 3rd part search replacements is not relevant to this issue I see a crash report occasionally for this- it has no practical detrimental effect. (I don't look at imgur screenshots- please use the preferred forum features which are quicker and easier for respondents - thanks).

 

Cpu on 100% 24/7

here is a clean task manager screenshot after boot:
the autoruns is giving an error that i am restricted from using it although I opened it with administrator rights.
in the event viewer there are insane amount of errors for WMI and I can't isolate the process using it as there are many.
