Crashing to desktop in multiple games LiveKernelEvent 141 hardware error

Hello,as the title says, my games keep crashing the games I play at the moment which cause problems: Cyberpunk 2077, Warhammer 40k: Darktide and Sea of Thieves. I can load into the game, it runs fine for a couple minutes responsive, smooth framerate, then it freezes for 5-15 seconds and crashes back to desktop. In Reliability History, I get this errorCrashing to desktop in multiple games LiveKernelEvent 141 hardware error :problemHardware errorDescriptionA problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.Problem signatureProblem Event Name: LiveKernelEventCode: 141Parameter

Windows LiveKernelEvent 141, Game Crashes and BSOD

    Hello,

I am having a recent problem with my PC only when playing/having games open where my PC will randomly either BSOD or the game will crash to desktop. Most of the hardware is just over 2 years old, with the most recent change being a 3060 Ti I got just over 1 year ago. In a lot of the games that crashes, I often would see multiple crashes within a short amount of time, usually at least 2 or 3 in an hour. NOTE- I do not run any overclocks at all. UEFI Settings are all DEFAULT

When viewing the reliability history, I see a Hardware Error with the event name of LiveKernelEvent Code 141. Here are my system specs and the list of troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

    • MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi motherboard with BIOS 7C37v1F
    • AMD Ryzen 5600X CPU with Noctua NH-U12S cooler
    • 16GB of Corsair 3200Mhz RAM
    • EVGA RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming GPU
    • Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSD
    • Samsung 960 Evo 512GB SSD
    • Samsung 860 Evo 512GB SSD
    • Corsair CX-M 650W 80+ Bronze PSU
    • Windows 10 Home, latest build
    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. cleaned PC
    2. reseated all components in slots
    3. verified integrity of game files in Steam- no issues
    4. verified integrity of Windows installation using SFC /scannow - no issues
    5. checked disk health and other diagnostic measures- all checked out fine
    6. uninstalled and reinstalled problem games
    7. uninstalled GPU drivers and reinstalled with DDU for a clean install
    8. uninstalled GPU drivers and reinstalled OLDER, KNOWN STABLE GPU drivers
    9. monitored CPU and GPU temps through all of this and all were WELL within limits
    10. ran stress testing tools such as MEMTEST, FurMark, etc.- no issues at all
With no fix on this PC and originally suspecting my GPU since that's what most troubleshooting steps said online, I asked a friend who had a similar PC to swap his GPU. Here are the specs of HIS PC and the corresponding troubleshooting steps:

    • MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi motherboard with BIOS 7C37v1F
    • AMD Ryzen 5800X CPU with Noctua NH-U12S cooler
    • 32GB of Corsair 3600Mhz RAM
    • EVGA RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming GPU
    • WD SN850 1TB SSD
    • EVGA SuperNOVA 850W 80+ Gold PSU
    • Windows 10 Home, latest build
I swapped out my 3060 Ti with HIS 3060 Ti into MY system with no other changes and played the same games that would crash for several hours with no crashes. I put my GPU back into my system and the first game I tried running, I crashed within 15 minutes. I RMA'ed the GPU but alas the new one I got is running into the same issues.

As I am unable to interpret crash logs, I need some assistance in determining what piece of hardware needs replacing. At this time I'm confident it is not the GPU itself that is the issue as a result of the steps above. I don't believe it is the RAM or CPU either based on the testing, I am assuming its definitely hardware based on the number of times I've reinstalled software and OS, and the reading I've done on the Code 141.

Here's a link to the dump files I uploaded onto my OneDrive: Dump Files.zip

Edit: As of posting this, I am heading/will be heading to purchase a new surge protector, a wall outlet tester, and a Corsair RMx 850W 80+ Gold PSU as options for more testing.

    Thank you.
