Windows 10: Crashing windows WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hello,My Windows 10 pro 21H2 machine hangs randomly - more like it happens after first time I power it on, after hang, it works perfectly fine for few days straight I'm doing CAD 3D designs, coding in visual studio, vscode, watch videos..., I noticed it hang usually when it's in idle monitors are blanked. This time it's WHEA-releated, previous I had MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION this is info from nirsoft BlueScreenViewer: bug check code: 0x0000009c , Params: 00000000`80000001 , fffff805`3d099b10 , 00000000`00000000 , 00000000`00000000 , caused by: ntoskrnl.exe , address: ntoskrnl.exe+3f8590

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
