Windows 10: Create a small dimensions bootable instalation media for Windows 10 for my OEM laptop -...

Dear Friends,


I have an old, HP Pavilion g6-1313sq Notebook PC generation 2012 that was received as a present from a colleague several years ago. It was supposed to have its own recovery media from HP with windows 7 Home Premium licence but they were lost I had not the chace to have the DVDs or disk image on the drive to recover each time I wanted to have a fresh installation of Windows.


However, I have managed to use a standard windows 7 home premium CD image, to install and activate the copy by phone with the kind help of Windows Support Team using the CD key from the sticker form the back of the laptop. Now, I have updated to Windows 10, and with a SSD and 4 more GB of memory it works pretty fine.


I have only the windows installed and the drivers.


Now the question:


I would like to make a Windows 10 installation DVD FOR this laptop only, that includes only windows 10, licence and drivers.

I do not want to clone the C:/ drive or make any huge dimension files backups. Just a compressed image that can fit on a bootable DVD or stick, or Just a image on other partition that can be accessed with bootable media for further windows 10 installations.


Could you please advice? I would like to have a recovery media from now on.

Multi-bootable USB

Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
3. MemTest86+

Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!
