    Create custom Windows 10 branding


    I'm starting a new small business where I sell clients custom computers based on their needs. I would like to find a way to have some branding on windows 10 install.

    For example, there's software/drivers that HP has automatically installed on the computer, as well as a custom boot logo. And when you reset the computer, all that custom software/drivers/logos/branding is still on the computer.



    So, how could I do this? I'm pretty experienced with PC building, I've just never considered branding the operating system until now. Sorry if I'm not making much sense, I'm pretty new to windows branding.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
