Windows 10: Create PIn just a moment

I have a new mecer laptop im trying to set up for 2 days now , with no luck at all ,

I select region , keyboard my Microsoft logging detail, then it ask to create a pin , that where it ends with just a moment , have tried shutting down , also did the alt tab the pin window shows but you cant type anything in it when you release the alt button it goes back to just a moment if click on it also goes back to just a moment , also disconnected the wifi does not help.


This is really frustrating.

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.

My sign in Pin is lost and I am unable to create a new Pin. The creating process idled at "Just a Moment"

After a shot down I wanted to sign in with my Pin as usual the Pin was gone. I tried to create a new one by using settings and Pin options the creating windows idles at "Just a Moment"

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
