Windows 10: Create user account in safe mode

Hello,

I was trying to link my user account with Microsoft and it messed up everything. when I sign in it asks:


Search for app in store?

You need to install an app for this task.

Would you like to search one in store?

YES or NO


Both options do nothing. No error code. I think if I boot into safe mode and create a new user account but is that method right or if it is right can I get the steps?

Factory reset is done using the OEM configured recovery partition and is different from normal reset. Different OEMs use different methods to carry out the factory reset operation on different system models. However, when you perform a factory reset,
it should prompt you to create a new user account as soon as the reset is complete.

• While resetting the computer, were you prompted to configure a new Windows account on it?
  
• Are you able to sign into the ‘Other User’ account in normal mode?
  
• How are you trying to boot it into safe mode?
  
• How is the monitor connected to CPU?
  

If the monitor is connected through HDMI port, there could be a possibility that the drivers are not loaded in safe mode, I suggest to try connecting the monitor using a VGA port and then boot the computer into safe mode. Once the computer boots into
safe mode, you can create a new administrator account and reboot the computer into normal mode.

Password not accepted in Safe mode

Have you tried all the above steps suggested by Sangeeta Sarkar on September 13, 2015.

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you trying to login the Microsoft account or the Local account in safe mode?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.

Pc won't load safe mode and has an account named "other user"

I wasn't prompted to make anything. I was just given the "other user" account. I'm not able to sign in to the account. It denies whatever I put into it. When I boot into safe mode I'm doing it from the startup recovery options ( the blue screen given after
pressing Shift + Restart at login screen. The monitor is connected via HDMI but I use a VGA to HDMI converter since all of my monitors use VGA. All fo the other available ports are DisplayPort and DVI-I.
