Windows 10: Creating a faster loading profile

My laptop loads extremely slowly. And after logging in, MalwareBytes scan formerly Bitdefender dogs the pc for nearly an hour until the scan is finished. I would like to create a second login that uses a very limited number of apps: three music notation programs and Microsoft Office. No internet access or aggressive antivirus programs: windows defender is okay. I could use an alternative email address: already have one with Microsoft account, but don't want to have to install desired apps a second time.

Need help! Profile wont load

I created a profile for my mobility radeon 9800 called overclocked and I load the profile and start up a game and the performance is not affected. I verified this with counter strike source stress test. What could be goiing on here? Could it be something with the Catalyst 6.2 driver? Is there something wrong with my card or is it a software issue?

3d detection works fine but when I manually load the profile it doesn't work

Any suggestions?

I can't get a new profile to load an overclock. Everytime I create a profile it will just load the default. what am I missing? thanks
