Windows 10: Creating a new network account on a Windows 10 machine that is remote

Hello AllI have a network user who works remotely she does the following to access our network: She logs into the laptop, because she has a cached account connects to her home internet, then connects to VPN and can then run all her programs on the network just finewe use Windows 10 machines I am changing/updating her AD account is there a way to get to be able to login from the remote location and create a new user remotely? I've never updated a persons login name while they are remote we always make them come into the office but she is in another state We use Bomgar so as long as the machi

Remote Login and New admin account created on my machine - hacked?

WinLogonView shows me they are from EU.

How they got in is beyond me, I am a network engineer not a dummy about security..

 

Remote Desktop not working for my Windows/10 machine

I restored a computer to original Windows/10, set it to allow remote access, and still can't access it using Remote Desktop from another machine.

They are both network connected to the same wireless router.

I'm logged into the same Microsoft account on both.

I'm trying to access it using either computername or IP address - neither works.

I CAN successfully run TRACERT using either computername or IP address and both work.

Windows Firewall does not list an application named "Remote Desktop" (still doesn't connect even if I turn the firewall off).

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I didnt have to create a account. When that part of the install pops up just click create new account and on the new screen at the bottom it says sign in without a MS account. This allows you to create a local user.
