Windows 10: Creators update not downloading after reviewing settings

So tonight my pc finally got the privacy settings KB through windows update as a precursor to the creators update. Although having installed it I wasn't seeing the subsequent pop up to review the privacy settings. I know it can take a bit of time but I did notice in the start menu there was an entry for privacy settings amid all the programs . I clicked it and the pop up to review then came up, I accepted etc and it said about needing to get some things ready. However that was several hours ago and checking for updates in windows update is still saying I am up to date and not pulling in the creators update download. On our other pc, as soon as I'd reviewed the privacy settings a couple months ago the creators update started downloading immediately when I went to manually check for updates in windows update. Should this machine be starting on the download / install of creators update immediately after reviewing and accepting the privacy settings? Or is it normal that it can still take a little bit of time to be offered it despite doing this?

Windows 10 Creators Update Won't Install

Hello everyone

On 07/07/2017, my computer installed the KB4013214 update. After 2 days, the message for reviewing the privacy settings still didn't appear, so I searched for a way to make it appear. I found that if you search on your
computer for "unpuxlauncher" and run it, the window pops up. I reviewed my privacy settings and clicked OK, but after that, my PC still didn't download the Creators Update. It says that I am up-to-date. Did I broke something by manually opening the privacy
settings review window? What can I do to install the Creators Update? I can't open the window again.

Windows 10 creators update

Dear All,

3 Days back I received Windows 10 Creators Update Privacy Settings for x64-based Systems (KB4013214) update. I installed it. After that yesterday I saw pop up of review privacy settings when I was searching apps in Cortana. I reviewed privacy settings and
accepted changes. It shown that it won't start now on exit screen.

Can anybody tell me how much time it will take to get creators update after reviewing privacy settings. I still have "Good news! The Windows 10 Creators Update is on its way. Want to be one of the first to get it? notification on update screen."

Kindly suggest if anybody have solution for this.

I still don't have the privacy KB.

 

I don't understand the delay some three months after it came out! Anyway I checked for updates again this morning and still no sign of the creators update

 

Why not just download it and update manually? That's what I did the first day it came out and updated the nearly dozen computers on my home network with just a single download.
