  1. Credential Manager not saving password, only username for network drive after restart, how...

My Network Drive only saves the username and not the password after restarting pc. When trying to add the Credentials to the Credential manager it gives me the error: "0x80070057 wrong parameters" when trying to save the credentials with backslashes or https in the address. The Credentials are saved in the Credential manager with webdav.name.name.com, but still each time when I restart the pc and open the Drive I need to enter the password. Anyone had this or know how to fix?Have had the issue for about half a year, came right after an update and has not worked as intended since then. Only got

  2. How can I view my saved passwords in credential manager?

Hello Deborah, how are you doing?

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I'm glad to be able to assist you at this time.

    --

To view and manage saved passwords in Windows 10, you can use the Credential Manager. Here's how:

    1. Through the start menu, open the Control Panel.

    2. Go to User Accounts.

    3. Click on Credential Manager.

    4. In the Credential Manager window, you will see two sections: Web Credentials and Windows Credentials.

    5. Click on Web Credentials to view your saved website passwords.

You will see a list of websites and their associated usernames and passwords.

    6. Click on the website for which you want to change the username or password.

    Click on Edit.

    7. Enter the new username and password.

    8. Click on Save.

These steps allow you to easily modify or add usernames and passwords for websites saved in Credential Manager.

  3. Cannot clear network access credentials

    OS: Windows 10 x64

I access a network server using a username + password. I'd like to use another username+password, but I cannot clear the old credentials. What I've done until now:

    1. there was nothing to delete in Windows credentials (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Credential Manager)
    2. net use * /del
    3. klist purge
    4. restart explorer
    5. restart PC
    6. changed the password on the server, and saving NEW credentials on the PC. When I reverted back to original server password, the PC connected automatically (this makes me think that those credentials were saved somewhere, but I don't know where).
