Windows 10: Credentials denied at RDP or sharing

Discus and support Credentials denied at RDP or sharing in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I can not share folders or drives on any of 3 PCs on my network.     I can not share folders or drives on any of 3 PCs on my network. Access denied .credentials are denied. from all 3 PCS RDP same thing

    RDP Credentials Screen

    As of this morning, after an automatic Windows update, the credentials page for RDP login has changed (to a flat grey background). It appears completely different and I want to make sure this is part of an official Windows update.
