Windows 10: Credit card charging after cancellation of subscription

My registered credit was charged last January and February 2024 even I cancelled my subscription last December 2023

How do I get a reoccurring subscription cancelled if I do not know who used my credit card fraudulently?

Someone has used my credit card for an annual subscription. I disputed the charge with my bank last year, they determined it was fraudulent, and cancelled my card. Microsoft and Visa have a super sketchy agreement apparently where Visa just updates the card number for Microsoft if the card number changes. So I have the same FRAUDULENT charge on my credit card a year later, and no way to stop this from happening in the future.

 

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Credit Card Charge

I am showing a monthly credit card charge of $11.99. I have logged into my Microsoft account & it says that I have no subscriptions with Microsoft. Any help is much appreciated , I do not know what this charge is for.
