Windows 10: Credit card error

i am unable to input my credit card info i am triying to buy a game and it keeps saying theres an error in my card info and i have checked it several times and the information is correct and the error still pops up i would apreciate help on how to fix this

You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

• Example: Activate your Bank of America credit card online (Bank of America)

And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.
