Windows 10: Cricut App issues

When I download the Cricut Design Space to my new laptop it indicates it cannot load due to S mode. Cricut support staff indicate that their app is compatible with Windows 10 and 11 and that I should disable S mode. From what I read, this however could cause other problems. What is the safe workaround?

Cricut is not Opening on Windows 11

I have been trying to get Cricut Design Space to open on my newly updated Windows 11. I have been on the phone for hours with Cricut support, and added the app to the firewall, installed and reinstalled. It downloads but will not open. I need this to work for my very small business and everyday I can not use I am loosing money. Please help. Any suggestions?

How do I get SVG's to open in my Cricut program

I am Aster, an Independent Advisor and I'm here to help you with your problem.

May I know if you have tried the following?

1. right-click on your SVG file and select Open With > Choose another app

2. in the pop-up, firstly check the Always use this app to open .svg files checkbox

3. then in the list of apps, look for your Cricut Design Studio application and select it. If it is not in the list, click on More apps or Look for another app on this PC

and select Cricut Design Studio from where it was installed

4. now try to open a .svg file and it should open using the Cricut Design Studio application
