    CRIRICAL PROCESS DIED AND BIDLOCKER KEY


    Please help.

    I reset my computer to a previous start point.

    When my computer restarted it gave me the message CRITICAL PROCESS DIED.
    I followed all the steps to the advance option.
    When I select advance option it does not give me an option to restart my computer.
    Only Continue/Use a Device/Trouble shoot/Turn off your pc.
    when I select trouble shoot/advance options/start up settings/ restart.
    When I restart the options to go into safe mode does not come up.


    I cannot get to safe mode. I cannot get to the desktop

    It give me a screen BITLOCKER

    My laptop went in for repairs and there is a bid locker on it.

    I do not have the key.

    The people that did my laptop says they did not install a bid locker. I cannot do anything on my laptop until I have such a key.

    Is there any way to unlock without the key or do you know where I will get the key as I said I cannot get into the desk top

    Hi,

    To resolve your concern about the critical process died in Windows 10, we suggest that you do the system diagnostics. Here are the steps:

    • Boot your computer and continuously press ESC key on your keyboard until you reach the
      Startup menu.
    • From the Startup menu, press F2 (or whatever the designated key is) for
      System Diagnostics.
    • Use arrow keys to navigate and choose Hard Drive Check.
    • Choose Extensive Check.
    Allow it to finish then boot your computer as normal.

    To help you resolve the issue, please answer the follow questions below:

    • Which version & build of Windows are you running?
    To find out what version of Windows you are running:

    • Press the Windows Key + R.
    • A box will pop up in the bottom left side of the screen. Type winver
      and then press Enter.
    • Another box will open that will tell you what version of Windows you're running and what the build is. Please post both the version number and the build number.
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
