Windows 10: Critical error keeps occuring

A critical error keeps occurring and then we get the blue screen with the unhappy face saying something unexpected happened.I have looked on other posts that have directed to look at device manager, check for updates etc. I did these all last time and there’s nothing new to update.I have looked in the event viewer as advised on another post and it saysWindows kernel power event id41I’m not sure how to find out what actual issue we have, software/hardware? Any assistance please? Thanks so much
