Windows 10: Critical Error: Kernel-Power ID:41 Information: Kernel-Power ID:172

So my pc has been randomly shutting off whenever I play games, and I mean *any* games. I checked my temps and they're fine. I checked my power draw and it was fine. I then checked event viewer log files here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1wOWDw_mPHAo27zeep-76KeZzMqDncBbC?usp=sharing and found the error was the nice lil' thingy in the title. Now, this has also happened outside of playing a video game. Theres been one to two times it happened randomly, too. Not quite sure why this is happening, but its distracting both my workflow and my free-time! A solution would be useful.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

BSOD since 23/07, Critical Error Kernel Power- event ID 41

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

Kernel 41 Power issue
