Windows 10: Critical error.......NOT HAPPY

when second signs in, it takes forever to load, sometimes not at all. also get a critical error---your start menu isn't working,We will try to fix it the next time you sign in....WELL IT HAS RESTARTED AND SIGNED IN AND OUT MANY MANY TIMES. STILL ERROR!!! FIRST LAPTOP I HAVE BOUGHT IN YEARS! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL!!! $1200.00 AND DOESN'T LET OTHER USERS IN

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

I would suggest you to follow the steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click File > Run New Task.
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
• Type CMD.
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  powershell
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Close the CMD window.
• Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

Also refer to the suggestions provided by Ravinath and check.
