Windows 10: Critical error when trying to open Start Menu

Hi, I'm having trouble when trying to open the start menu, also the Mail and the Get Help app aren't working.

Recently I connected my SSD to another PC because I needed some files from my SSD. When I noticed, instead of booting from the first option the PC started to make reparations and then delete some files. I think that this is the moment in which the error was produced.


I already tried executing in Safe Mode and restoring it into a previous version without success. Remains to execute the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool, or I don't know which other option do I have.
