Windows 10: Critical Error – Your Start menu isn’t working. We’ll try to fix it the next time you sign in.

When I am trying to access the start menu getting this error it is causing me trouble while operating the system this has happened after the windows update of some cumulative update and while installing the update I got an error message as something went wrong we are undoing the changes and after the system restarted itself and from then I am facing this issue see the attachment

I went to dell support and followed the steps mentioned in the URL below. However issue still there

Also this PowerShell command has not helped ?

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

 

Issue with Start menu

After sign in to my comp. with Windows 10 I keep getting Critical Error "Your Start menu isn,t working. We,ll try to fix it the next time you sign in." May someone help me with this issue?
