Windows 10: “Critical error - Your Start Menu Isn’t Working”

This is a fucking nightmare! My problem is exactly the title. I have booted into safe mode, no work, turned it off and on, no work, and on top of that the poorly designed OS take 5 minutes to load 1 app! I have a 3.2GHz CPU with 8GB ram, so I know it’s not that!

Windows 10 start menu not working critical error
