Hello, I've just built this pc and am receiving a variety of issues. First realized I had issues when a game crashed once then repeatedly on startup, looked into my graphics and mb drivers and installed all I thought necessary but later received a BSOD which I sought support for solution didn't resolve everything and thread went silent. I've then used srt scan and DISM to try and resolve the issue which did fix something, but not everything.

I have perhaps a clue that may help you (or Microsoft). I first started seeing windows shell experience host closed from time to time when my PC started from sleep (event id 1002, closed because it stopped interacting
with Windows). But as I traced the events further, this was ALWAYS preceded by windows shell experience host closed upon PC going to sleep (event id 2484. terminated because it took too long to suspend).

Further examination and experiments point to this as a solution:

From Power Shell Admin:

Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + “\appxmetadata\appxbundlemanif

The problem returned after a improper shutdown (electrical outage), and the above command resolved it again.

My problem does not appear to be related to the OS version/patch, corruption, drivers, etc. Microsoft can weigh in, but I suggest trying this command in power shell before any time consuming or other risky updates. One last note, I rebooted after issuing
the power shell command, which may or may not be necessary.

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to end the process from Task Manager and check.

• 
  Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together to open
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Go to Processes tab, right-click on the Windows Shell Experience Host process and click
  End Process.
  

Step 2: Boot the computer in to Safe mode with networking and if the CPU usage is same.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Also, visit the computer manufacturer’s website and install the drivers being found and check if it helps.
