    critical process died can't go any wear but troubleshoot


    sum of my apps where not working so I did a system restore but when I did it caused me to be in a loop of blue screen, I have tried to go into safe mode, but it just goes to blue screen. when I tried to find help online nothing worked, I can't find anything to help and am afraid that my computer will be broken forever. If you can help me, I will be very grate full

    Critical Process Died on windows 10 setup


    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"
    critical process died can't go any wear but troubleshoot [​IMG]


    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.

    • Which version & build of Windows are you running?
    To find out what version of Windows you are running:

    • Press the Windows Key + R.
    • A box will pop up in the bottom left side of the screen. Type winver
      and then press Enter.
    • Another box will open that will tell you what version of Windows you're running and what the build is. Please post both the version number and the build number.
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
