Windows 10: Critical Process Died Flashes for a brief second then restarts my PC

Hey, I had recently built a gaming pc and initially had no problems initially. After about a week, Usually right after logging into the pc, I would click something and it wouldn't respond and randomly blue screen and restart. After the initial restart the PC would function fine for a while, but eventually randomly crash again. The crashes seem to be becoming more frequent as time goes on When the PC crashes the blue screen flashes so fast its not even eligible to read. Being so I dug into event viewer and seen critical errors occurring that would be labeled Kernel-Power Error Event ID 41 Task

Critical Process Died

I don’t have any flashes at this moment and I’m unable to use my computer. Even booting in sage mode causes my pc to “critical process died”

Critical Process Died

Dell Inspiron PC. Windows 10. Original problem was very noisy computer with 'Critical Process Died' error message and blue screen. Best Buy Geek Squad diagnosis was PSU but they said they do not perform PSU replacements on Inspirons. I replaced the PSU. Now I get 'Critical Process Died' error message and 'computer will restart automatically' message. When computer restarts it's a black screen. No cursor. How do I resolve this issue?
