Windows 10: Critical Process Died PLEASE HELP I CANT ACCESS MY LAPTOP

So it started when I tried to start up my laptop and then it was stuck in the welcome screen, 45 minutes later and it was still stuck so I went for a tutorial and then I put it to windows automatic repair and then it was stuck in windows automatic repair. I tried continuing to windows 10, and then safe mode, and then startup repair but it still did the blue screen “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED” Please help I really need to access the laptop but it wouldn’t go back to Windows 10. After the “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED” Blue Screen, It went back to Windows Automatic Repair. PLEASE HELP :

Critical Process Died on windows 10 setup

Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"



I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
