    Hi everyone. I have this issue on my computer where when i load my computer it gives blue screen and stop code was CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I have tried everything /scannow command doesnt work, using BIOS doesnt work. i have a ASROCK monitor so its different for everybody. i have looked up tutorials on how to fix this and none work. it wont even let me reset my computer or wipe my windows. When i try to use safe mode any type it just repeats to the sad face with the stop code again. ive tried everything i could to fix it. If someone has any idea to help it would be GREATLY appreciated.Thank yo

    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"

    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
