Windows 10: Critical process died/unable to sign in to Windows. Can anybody help me?

The last couple of days I've had problems with my whole system freezing, usually temporarily, but sometimes permanently, and when I got up this morning, it was slow enough that I decided I should do a restore to an earlier time. The system restore seemed to go just fine, but now I have an error on every other boot that tells me a "critical process died." It did the reboot after each error and said it was doing a Windows repair program. Once it loaded the window sign in screen, it tells me that my password is invalid, no matter what I do. I even nchanged the password to something more simple wh

Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"



I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
