Windows 10: Critical Process Died when Gaming or Closing/Restarting PC

I've been having a real trouble with Critical Process Died bluescreen. It happens when I'm gaming usually Fortnite. and EVERYTIME I close or attempt to restart my PC except for when I'm in the startup screen. I can't do anything to fix this since most things require restarting which I just physically can't do. I have updated NVIDIA drivers. Please help me.

Critical Process Died

Dell Inspiron PC. Windows 10. Original problem was very noisy computer with 'Critical Process Died' error message and blue screen. Best Buy Geek Squad diagnosis was PSU but they said they do not perform PSU replacements on Inspirons. I replaced the PSU. Now I get 'Critical Process Died' error message and 'computer will restart automatically' message. When computer restarts it's a black screen. No cursor. How do I resolve this issue?
