    Will not respond to any of the screens at all? Tried everything on command prompt wont work. One said o windows installed? I had windows 11. Could that be the issue? Windows 10 was already installed on the computer when I purchased it so I don't have a copy.I am sorry not very computer savvy. I tried the supportassist os recovery reset and update. When I put my password in it just freezes can't go further. Tried the boot options from online nothing worked.

    Critical Process Died on windows 10 setup


    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"

    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
