I've been struggling with sporadic blue screens for a few months now. In July it started happening a few times a day and then escalated to the point where I could not use my computer at all - it would not post or boot into Windows, and my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-X370 Gaming K7) was showing a BIOS fault code. I purchased a new NVME drive, flipped the BIOS switch to backup, and was able to successfully post, boot into the Windows installer, and perform a clean install then transfer everything over from my old boot drive and things were fine until a few weeks ago.

I started having similar BSOD errors and post codes on my motherboard with the backup BIOS, so I overnighted a Gigabyte Aorus X570 Master in preparation for Ryzen 5000 and swapped everything over - then performed an upgrade install to avoid any driver compatibility issues.

Everything seemed okay for a bit, but I've still had some sporadic BSOD, and since I've replaced my memory (also in preparation for Ryzen 5000) and managed to snag an RTX3070 FE on launch day. The only component at this point that is not new is the CPU - the 5600x I also managed to order arrives on Wednesday.

At this point it doesn't seem like a hardware issue and I'm wondering if I need to just do another full clean install of Windows. Anyone know how to better diagnose this? I've ran SFC /scannow, DISM, Memtest, stress tested in Aida64, etc. Everything seems stable during testing then this will just happen completely randomly while I've got like Firefox and Discord open.

And there were no yellow or exclamation points in Device Manager....just a long list of items repeated which I don't understand why.

I did zip the last full Memory Dump and uploaded it to Google Drive. Link was in previous post. Did it not work? Although I can reboot into normal state to really use computer without BSOD Crit Struc Corrup I need to stay in safe mode.

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thank you for your advice. I attempted the installation of the latest BIOS version as you suggested.

    Attachment 103728

Unfortunately, after updating the BIOS version, I am still seeing the BSOD with the error of critical structure corruption with the computer. I have attached the updated DM log file, hoping that you could provide further suggestions.

    Thanks again.

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thanks so much for the help.

I removed the two 1GB memory modules and run the machine with two 2GB memory modules as you suggested. Unfortunately, the computer still experiences similar frequency of "Critical Structure Corruption" and BSOD. I have attached the updated dump file to help further troubleshoot.

I have also did the memory test with memtest86. As shown in the image below, no errors were found for the RAMs.
    Attachment 97532

In the past with Windows 7, this computer was very reliable. I haven't seen BSOD with this computer with Windows 7. The BSOD issues arose only after I updated the computer to Windows 10. Since last post, I have also updated the computer to the latest Windows 10 version with "Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant". But the upgrade did not solve the BSOD (critical structure corruption) either.

Could you provide further suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!
