Windows 10: Critical system error

So i have recently purchased a custom gaming pc with specs:

msi geoforce 1060 gmaing X

asus prime a320m-a

amd ryzen i5 2600

xpg 256gb sx6000 pro ssd

be quiet pure power 11 600w

Also a 1tb hdd

i got the windows 10 usb drive with the pc package and ever since dl it, my pc has frozen, won’t display image on monitor (acer), given me critical process died errors, BSOD and repairing disk drive errors. This is all after a sudden crash while dl a game file and playing bf5 at the same time, cpu mustve cooked it. Ive trouble shooted to the moon and back with the usb media installation stuff, Clean Installation of windows10 back onto the ssd, contacting advanced support and PAYING for a premium support option. This is my last hope before buying a complete new ssd. What do i do???!!

Windows 10 Critical error on start button

I have run the system file check (sfc), DISM and the second step as suggested above and still cannot use the start button in Windows 10. The "critical error" message no longer appears but that's all.
