Windows 10: critical_process_died blue screen - cant find hardware at fault

Hello, at the end of January I had a problem with my computer which I initially thought was a problem with the system, but now I have no idea what the cause is.The situation now as well as back then is as follows: there is no problem when I am on the desktop of any program I use from simply browsing the internet to video editing or encoding. However, when I try to play a game, after a certain amount of time, I get a blue screen with the message "critical_process_died". At that time, I performed a series of tests:Memtest - passed no errorsSeaTools - my M2 passed no errorsmultiple test in OC
