This issue might occurs, if some of the Photoshop CS2 creating conflict with the Windows System files.

I suggest you to try uninstall and reinstalling the Photoshop CS2 application and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Press Windows + x on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Programs and features.
  
• 
  Select Photoshop CS2 and click on
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Install the Photoshop CS2 again and check if it helps.

Dreamweaver cs2 does not work on windows 10

When I did upgrade my Windows 8.1 pc to Windows 10, Dreamweaver cs2 does no longer start. Th start screen comes up briefly and that's it. Even after reinstalling the application it does not work. Also changing the comptabillity options will not help.

It there a way to make this work?
