Windows 10: csrss.exe goes blank

To whom it may concern...I solved this problem but...When I click on csrss.exe... am important Windows process, the screen just goes... blank.I clicked from it from the System32 folder.But after that, it shows a black screen with a cursor. Then it fails to configure a windows update. At least it kept retrying, it was then fixed!But what caused it to go blank with 2 csrss.exe's?Please answer if you're an expert on C:/Windows/%windir% and I only know a bit about this.

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?

hey, i have a samsung 22"ws and an 850xt. 1 gig of ram and an old xp3200. Every time I watch a movie in powerdvd or media player i can get some of the way through it and then the monitor goes blank and it acts like the cable is not even hooked up. After that I have to reset. Atitool temps are fine throughout on vid card and mobo temps are good as well. I was just wondering if anyone may have a suggestion at to what it may be. Thanks.

How to get rid of CSRSS virus?

click start..search for csrss and comes out with 5 results:
- CSRSS from C/i386
- CSRSS from c/windows/system32
- csrss and numbers end with hdmp from c/windows/PCHEALTH/ErrorRep/userdumps
- csrss and numbers end with mdmp from c/windows/PCHEALTH/ErrorRep/userdumps
- csrss and numbers end with mdmp from c/windows/PCHEALTH/ErrorRep/userdumps

went to C/ and found a folder called i386 and size of 988mb... open up... full of files... notepads, exe's, picture icon ect...

heres some of the names on the files in the i386 folder:
- sendmail.dll
- WINLOGON
- WSSCRIPT
- DellSys.dll
- AGENTSVR (shows man in suit with black shades and hat as icon)
- (jpeg file) name desktop_screen_shot. as preview on left side show desktop and desert wallpaper and browser open and paintshop open.
