    Will IE 11 implement css variables?

    Hi,

    I would like to know if IE will implement css variables.

    Background:

    In my company we have to support several browsers.

    Today they are IE11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

    Of those only IE11 do not
    support css variables    . What I can see
    IE 11 will not be depricated for many years     (2025).

    If we had the possibility to use css variables we could ship our css with variables and then let the other developers use those variables without the need of SASS or similar techniques.

    IE 11 grayscale css not working

    Hi Microsoft team

    I made my webiste gray color using css grayscale filter. It support all the browsers except IE 11. What do i need to do. to make my website into gray on IE 11. Please give me some suggestions. Thank you.

    CSS not applied to Android 11/Edge

    Webpages are displayed in .css format on both Edge and Firefox browser but not on Chrome in Windows 10.

    Original Title: Edge: CSS is read completely and shows up in debugger, but never applied to the HTML

    In every site that I browse in Windows 10 in the Edge browser, the browser reads the .css file for the site, but never applies it to the site. This occurs even on the microsoft.com site. After loading the site, looking in the developer mode debugger I
    see that the css file is loaded, but it is never applied to the html in the site.

    Interestingly, this also occurs with the Firefox browser in Windows 10, but the Firefox browser in Ubuntu (on the same dual-boot computer) shows the sites properly. Thus, I suspect this is a Windows 10 issue, not so much an Edge Browser issue.

    Further, the Chrome browser shows the sites properly in both Ubuntu and Windows 10.

    I would like to use the Edge browser in Windows 10, but with this problem, it is unusable.

    Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
