    CSS problem with every website and every browser, even after clean windows11 ios reinstall


    When I load into the website, I'll notice that the CSS is missing on certain websites. Some things are not loading in, such as broken images. I reinstalled Windows from a IOS fresh reinstall, and this problem still displayed. I have used, Microsoft Edge, chrome, and Brave in this process. I have installed the most recent drivers to my Nvidia Graphics card. I recently installed an NVME 3.0 memory stick 2TB inside a PCI express converter, and it has been working well. I have tried clearing my browser cache and removing all extensions. It's causing problems when I try to click the download

    Webpages are displayed in .css format on both Edge and Firefox browser but not on Chrome in Windows 10.

    I created a new account and accessed websites with the new account. The .css files are loaded correctly in the new account. With my existing account, the .css files not loading is the only symptom I have experienced.

    What is the next step to fixing my existing account?

    I made my webiste gray color using css grayscale filter. It support all the browsers except IE 11. What do i need to do. to make my website into gray on IE 11. Please give me some suggestions. Thank you.

    Constant Google Chrome problems (not crashing or freezing)

    I first noticed this problem with Netflix. I can't watch Netflix.com in Chrome for more than one day. After a fresh install of Chrome, I can watch Netflix endlessly in one day, but the next day all videos will say "Oops something went wrong" and suggest looking at chrome://components, or suggest clearing all browser history/cache (which doesn't fix anything).

    The next symptom was that chrome couldn't connect to any website at all, giving a message of "Aw, snap!". Any other browser worked fine.

    Steps I've taken that fail to resolve:

    1. Clearing all browser cache/history/temp files

    2. Killing chrome.exe to ensure a fresh process

    3. Renaming the AppData folder to old_Chrome so it generates new appdata

    The only "step" that actually fixes chrome is to fully uninstall and reinstall it. But it always breaks again 1 to 3 days later. This problem has spanned across a clean OS reimaging I did last weekend (for other reasons).

    Specs:

    Windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362 (Pro), custom build tower, no 3rd party anti-virus, standard out-of-box windows firewall settings
