Windows 10: CTR Antivirus Protection Software & HTML

Hello,

I have a Windows Surface Pro 7. In my management class we have an assignment to create our own website from scratch using Notepad or Notepad++. To do this our instructor first provided us with detailed instructions, including pictures, on how to set up a "www" file folder. I am following along with his directions but my screen does not match up with the screenshots included in the instructions. I am wondering if there is a way to reset or maybe re-do/uninstall and install the software again in order to fix the issue? Any advice would be very appreciated right now! Thank you:
