Windows 10: Ctrl+a no longer working in the "Find and Replace" window in Excel. Why not?

I used Ctrl+A with great frequency to move quickly through fields in Excel, on my web browser, and in my companies software, but for some reason, the function no longer works in the Find and Replace window in Excel. It's a minor issue, but it does slow me down. Any ideas how this might have happened and how to fix it?

CTRL+PgUp // CTRL+PgDn

My CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn hotkey suddenly stopped working. The keys work independently (i.e. my CTRL keys and PgUp PgDn functions work on their own), but the combination no longer works for switching tabs in Chrome or even Excel.

Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

Ctrl+Shift+Down not working in Excel after Windows 10 / Excel 2016 upgrade

To make Ctrl+Shift+Arrow Down works, please follow the steps below:

• Click File, then select Options.
• Under Excel Options, click Advanced.
• Scroll down, then uncheck Transition navigation keys under
  Lotus compatibility.

Both CTRL keys not working

• Did you make any changes in your computer prior to this issue?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
