Windows 10: Ctrl + Alt+M Comment Shortcut in Word and Google Docs doesn't work

Recently, some kind of windows change existing on Widnows 10 and 11 has made the the shortcut for adding comments in Microsoft Word and Google Docs, CTRL + ALT + M, stop working. I use this functionality alot and for work rely on Google Docs for shared collaboration so I can't simply change the hot key like in Word. which again my work does not use for collaboration. Now when I click this shortcut it's as if I am clicking off the screen. Tested it out on a coworkers computer and he's having the same issue. Does anyone have a solution to get around this? It's very annoying and a real downg

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 [ctrl+shift+S] shortcut interfering with Google voice typing shortcut

I have a new Dell Inspiron 15 running Windows 10. I am a regular user of Google Docs and need to use voice typing.

However when I attempt the shortcut to open Google voice typing [ctrl+shift+S] the page appears to reload and does not open voice typing. Voice typing is still available on the menu, and the shortcut is still listed ctrl-shift-S. But it doesn't work the
way it does on literally every other computer I own.

I really need not to use the mouse to navigate to voice typing every time I need it. This unnecessary wear & tear on my wrists.

I guess Windows 10 has its own shortcuts it is using instead? How do I disable this so I can use Google docs shortcuts again?
