Windows 10: ctrl and + keys always trigger each other

It's to no one's surprise a windows update gave me issues i never had before.I tried a keyboard tester online and apparently Ctrl and + keys trigger each other as well as AltGr trigerring Ctrl idkIt happened overnight and now i can't use Ctrl without everything zooming in on me :I tested an external keyboard i'm on a laptop and that worked fine, except i am a 100 percent certain it isn't a hardware issue.Usualy trackpad driver would get messed up until i finished properly installing an update don't ask me why, i have no idea but this time the keyboard problem didn't resolve my trackpad w

Both CTRL keys not working

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Ctrl key on German QWERTZ keyboard?

Just tried the STRG key and yes thats the Ctrl key! *Stick Out Tongue
Did not try that before since I was not familiar with these keys.

If you're also experiencing the same, have you also tried using external keyboards and see if it makes any difference? Have you also checked if the CTRL keys work on onscreen keyboard? If you still haven't, just press
Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter. By the way, when you say you've already "tried the troubleshooting", do you mean
Hardware and Device Troubleshooter? If not, you can follow the steps below:
