Windows 10: ctrl and tab dont work on my hp 360 envy

when i try to use crtl or tab on my laptop they dont work. i looked everywhere for a solution but couldnt find one does anyone known how to solve this? and also the problem isnt in my keyboard, if it was then the keys should still somewhat work and it couldnt just suddendly have happened.

The Hp Envy 360 has a sensor on the motherboard that disables the keyboard when it is folded back that disables the keyboard, I am sorry, that is not possible . ..

Some tips:

  When trying to scan from a computer, what is displayed on the printer?
  

• 
  Try making a copy of something from the printer itself. If that doesn't work, then the problem is with the printer itself. Contact HP Support for that. However, if it works, then it is a software issue.
  

• 
  Does the support guide for your printer have any instructions on resetting the printer, such as unplugging it?

Uninstall HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

FWIW, I used the following steps to uninstall an HP Envy 5660 from several machines, always with success. I don't know if "any traces" are left, but I have no problem reinstalling or installing a different HP printer.

Remove previous HP Envy 5660 printer drivers by doing the following:
a. Turn off printer and uninstall any HP software under programs
b. Remove device HP Envy 5660 under Control Panel/Devices and Printers
c. Run “printui.exe /s” and under Drivers tab, remove any HP Envy 5660 drivers and packages
d. Reboot the PC
