Windows 10: ctrl + c and shift + c are not working on my laptop keyboard in windows 11

Hi, I'm on a laptop keyboard and recently experiencing problems with the left ctrl + c and left shift + c combination keys. They are not working when I use the combinations together, but the individual keys themselves work just fine i.e. left ctrl key works, left shift key works, and "c" works when I press them individually. Other key combinations also work just fine, like ctrl+a, ctrl+v, ctrl + z, etc. it is only the "c" key combinations that doesn't work. Also, it is only the left ctrl + c and left shift + c that does not work. The right ctrl/shift + c works just fine. I've tried several s

ctrl + c not working in windows 11 but my ctrl + v is working. and my keyboard keys is still working. What do I do?

 

ctrl+c does not work so does shift+c. But c alone works fine. post windows 11 upgrade it was opening xbox bar

After windows 11 installation ctrl+c was opening up xbox bar. I uninstalled xbox bar and still ctrl+c doesnt copy anything. I also noticed that the c key is not working with shift either.
