Windows 10: Ctrl + commands do not work on my Sculpt keyboard; what do I do?

When I press Ctrl + I, for example, the text does not convert to italics. I should note that I use the keyboard with a Mac. Any idea what to do?

Hello Kit,

An outdated or incompatible driver can be one of the possible factors why this issue occurs. That being said, I suggest you to Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
and check. Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

1. Press Windows key + S on your keyboard.
2. Type Troubleshoot and hit
   Enter.
3. Click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen prompt.

Sculpt Keyboard Issue

I cannot prompt the question mark and other keys with the Sculpt keyboard. Shift, CTRL nothing works.

 

Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set keyboard not working

Since the new keyboard worked properly for weeks before causing same issue I am inclined to think it is either a driver update causing this issue or you may have had a bad luck with this keyboard too.

Try these steps :

Open device manager by pressing windows and X keys together and clicking on device manager.

click on keyboards and right click on sculpt keyboard.

Click on update device.

Click on "Browse my computer for drivers"

Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

You should see a list containing all available drivers for your device including previous drivers.

Choose the one below the selected driver in the list.

Click on Next and let the driver install.

Close the windows and reboot your device.

Check if the issue has been resolved.
