Windows 10: Ctrl + D is not working but Ctrl + R does Excel or MS Project

Ctrl + D is not working, however all other short cuts are including Ctrl + R. I have latest excel version. Yesterday the function was working and today it doesnt work in excel or in MS Project. I have explored all the options i could find online and in this community group. i have used the onscreen keyboard without success. Its not a dirty keyboard or anything like that. the D works.

CTRL+PgUp // CTRL+PgDn

My CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn hotkey suddenly stopped working. The keys work independently (i.e. my CTRL keys and PgUp PgDn functions work on their own), but the combination no longer works for switching tabs in Chrome or even Excel.

Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

Whats Ctrl+Enter in Ubuntu ?

doesn't work , that's why I'm asking .

EDIT : NM , right ctrl+enter doesn't work, left ctrl+enter does .

Maybe thats because right ctrl is the host key in VirtualBox .

 

Ctrl+E bug in Ms. Paint

Dear Zoee,

CTRL+A in Spanish is the Keyboard Shortcut for Open File in most MS programs since I have memory, so reinstalling the application will not work at all.

The problem is that this new feature "Show properties" was assigned in the English version to CTRL+E, and was left CTRL+E for all localizations, whithout thinking if it interferes with any other Keyboard Shortcut.

In the Spanish Localization, CTRL+E is "select all" in most historic MS programs (including, apart from Paint, Windows Explorer, Excel, Word, while CTRL+A is for Opening an exiting file.
