    CTRL+F hotkey broken

By any chance, is there someone at Microsoft who knows in which files the shortcuts are being processed. Knowing this, are there particular files I can just replace if they are handed to me by Microsoft? I find it particularly strange that while CTRL+F
doesn't do anything, CTRL+SHIFT+F still does work in notepad++. Also, the search function still works in all software applications, but it is just that CTRL+F does not have the connection between the key presses and the search/find function being called.

Copy Function Not Fully Consistent Inside Of Notepad And Microsoft Word

As the title suggests I have to press Ctrl + C multiple times before the text is registered onto my clipboard, but this problem is only isolated inside Notepad and Microsoft Word. Aside from that, the copy function works as intended outside of those two.
