Windows 10: ctrl, fn , windows key, alt not working when launching application/game

Recently my ctrl fn windows key and alt key don't work when i launch a game it sucks for me a lot and i've tried lots of fixes with no result.

FN key always on

To clarify, I was saying "Accessibility" features maybe be controlled via the BIOS, not the Fn keys. And one of the Accessibility features makes the keys "sticky". This allows folks with some disabilities to press, for example, the Ctrl key, then the Alt key, and then Del in sequence instead of all at once. Same with the Fn key. The sticky feature would let you first press the Fn key, and then the F9 key (for example) and not Fn + F9 at the same time to enable/disable whatever Fn + F9 does with that notebook (it is the touchpad on my Toshiba).

 

CTRL SHIFT ALT fn esc keys don't work

So for a while now my CTRL SHIFT ALT fn esc keys have not been working and i have no idea why.

I've looked for solutions on a lot of different forums but all the suggestions are the same.

I don't have sticky keys, the keyboard drivers are up to date and I only have one language and region set up.

I have tried everything but I have no idea why it doesn't work. I've been using the on screen keyboard because of this.

I have an HP Elitebook 6930p.

 

"Alt" key and "windows" key not working while any game is running.... any sugestion ?

Hi all.

My problem started randomly or dunno what i did or install but when i launch any game i cant "alt-tab" or "windows" key, i still can "ctrl-alt-supp" but any other combination with "alt" or "windows" key related to windows will not work (like i can't quit game with alt-F4), it's like my PC dont want me to return on desktop while playing a game.

I still can use "alt" for combination binding in game (exemple alt+1/alt+A ect...) and shortcut for xbox game bar still work "Windows+G".....

Tab is also working well it really seems something is blocking me from returning on desktop with windows shortcut (AltTab/Win key) while playing a game.

Somes games seems affected or not detected by windows mostly cracked games so "alt-tab" and "Windows" key still working but any official game on steam or league of legends for exemple seems to block return on desktop with "alt-tab" or "Win" key until i quit game...

What i tried so far :

-setting windowed in game doesn't change anything

- reboot PC many times

- turning OFF game mode in windows settings

-checked if it's working on another keyboard and it's not

- launch any game and then "ctrl-alt-supp" go to key-test online then try to press "windows" key and "alt" none are working in key-test while game is running then i quit game and test on key-test "Win" key and "alt" key will start working again after a couples of seconds...

-launch any game then return to desktop with "ctrl-alt-supp", restart explorer in task manager then try if it work but no progress

-virus scan clean

-editing HKEY -> AltTabSettings to 1

It look like windows disable "Win" and "Alt" key just for windows(explorer?) itself while any game is running really strange .

Any sugestion pls ?
