Windows 10: Ctrl mutes my pc and the windows key turns it off

Since yesterday my usb keyboard has gone crazy, the ctrl key mutes my pc and the windows start key turns off my pc, i already unistalled the drivers from the keyboard and restarted the pc but it is still with the problem, i scanned the pc with my personal antivirus and the windows built-in antivirus and they didn't found any threat, no other device connected to my pc is showing any problem just this one. If it helps in something my pc (started happening around 8-12 months) has been turning off from nowhere because of my nobreak but it is pretty rare.

Ctrl key mute and Windows key shutdown my PC.

My windows 10 is behaving weird now Ctrl key mute my system and Windows key shutdown my PC.On screen keyboard Ctrl and windows are behaving normal.please help me out of this issue.

 

Speaker MUTE Key and ICON

The suggestions about restarting the explorer.exe and running sfc didn't fix the problem. I don't think there is a
corruped file becuase the mute switch worked fine until the day I upgraded from 7 to 10.

I ran a copy of Linux Live and the mute icon works fine, going back to win 10 the mute switch is always on regardless the postilion of the speaker mute key, the ICON is always on.

 

Windows automatically turns mute off

1. I turn mute on with my HP Pavilion laptop running Windows 10. I can do that with the Function key or with the Speaker Slider in the Task Tray.

2. But every time I re-boot, the mute is turned off and I have to turn it back on again.

Is there any way to keep mute permanently on?

Fixes suggested thus far in this forum have not worked.
